The submitted link is eligible for a full refund only until it has been reviewed and published on the front end of the https://backlink.party website.

We will also refund 100% to a customer in the case the cancellation of the link submission email was sent to us before our team had reviewed and (or) published the listing but didn't read and answer that cancellation email.

Once the link has been published, we send information to search engines that a new page has to be crawled and indexed, so since that action, we consider that the ordered Service was provided to a customer in full. As well, while reviewing a filled-out submission form, depending on a paid plan type, we add some additional data (such as categories and (or) subcategories, location latitude and longitude, gallery pictures, etc.)
